We are involved throughout the design process to determine how to get the results you want, while using the most cost effective construction methods. Building your custom home is a complex endeavor, requiring thorough planning and effective management. Our detailed design questionnaire walks you through every part of your home plan. With the help of our professional design team, you can actively participate in the design of your new home, down to selecting every item and design element. Computer Aided Design (CAD) is an integral part of that design process and gives us the capability to produce detailed drawings, along with exterior and interior views of your home at anytime during the design process. This extensive rendering capability avoids “surprises” by showing you just how a particular room will look and feel before any construction begins. Every item in your home’s design is detailed in our extensive specifications so you will know exactly what we will be constructing for you. Quality construction comes from the many years of experience we bring to your project. We utilize some of the best subcontractors and suppliers to insure quality construction from the ground up. Our effective project organization saves you time and money through coordination of everyone’s efforts, and by inspecting and approving every trade’s workmanship. We also hold on-site meetings during the construction process to review the progress and expenditures. Owner, Doug Westfall has been building custom homes since 1991 with construction costs from $300,000 to $5,000,000, and operated his own home framing company for the 12 preceding years. With Westfall Building Group, LLC, he maintains the subcontractor and supplier relationships, as well as supervising on site construction and managing the company.
